Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place rack in the middle of the oven.

Step 2 — Prepare the Potatoes

Scrub potatoes under cold running water to remove dirt.

Pat potatoes completely dry.

Use a fork to poke each potato 5–6 times (this helps steam escape).

Step 3 — Season the Potatoes

Rub each potato with olive oil (cover all sides).
