This Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole is one of those comforting, crowd-pleasing dinners that feels fancy but is incredibly easy to make. With just four simple ingredients, you get fluffy golden biscuits baked over creamy Alfredo chicken with melted cheese on top. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

Rotisserie chicken works perfectly

1 jar (15 oz / 425 g) Alfredo sauce

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz / about 8 biscuits)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional Seasonings (not required but recommended)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Fresh parsley for garnish

 

 

 

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

2️⃣ Make the Alfredo Chicken Base

In a large mixing bowl combine:

Cooked shredded chicken

Alfredo sauce

Garlic powder (optional)

Black pepper (optional)

Mix well until the chicken is completely coated in the creamy sauce.

3️⃣ Assemble the Casserole

Spread the Alfredo chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
