Baked Carrot Wrap

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

3 carrots, finely grated

3 eggs

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any you like)

Salt and black pepper to taste

½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

½ teaspoon dried herbs like oregano or parsley (optional)

 

 

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the mixture

In a bowl, combine:

Grated carrots

Eggs

Shredded cheese

Salt, pepper, and optional spices

Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

3. Shape the wrap

Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray.

Spread it out thinly into a rectangular or round shape (like a flat wrap).

4. Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.

5. Cool and remove

Let it cool for a few minutes.

Carefully peel it off the parchment paper.

6. Fill and roll

Add your favorite fillings:

Chicken, tuna, or turkey

Fresh veggies (lettuce, tomato, cucumber)

Sauces (yogurt sauce, mayo, or ketchup)

Roll it like a wrap and enjoy!

 

 

 

 

Tips

Make it thinner for a more flexible wrap.

Add a tablespoon of flour if you want a firmer texture.

You can cook it in a pan like a big pancake instead of baking.
