Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli Skillet

Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli Skillet

A rich and comforting one-pan meal featuring tender steak bites, cheesy ravioli, and a silky garlic butter sauce—perfect for a cozy dinner with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 package (20 oz / 560g) cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)

2 tablespoons butter

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

Instructions:

Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Build the Sauce:

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add Italian seasoning and let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Cook the Ravioli:

Add the cheese ravioli directly into the skillet. Cover and cook according to package instructions (usually about 4–5 minutes), stirring occasionally.

Combine Everything:

Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix gently until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.

Finish & Serve:

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips:

Use fresh ravioli for the best texture and flavor.

For extra richness, add a splash more cream or a knob of butter at the end.

You can swap sirloin for ribeye or strip steak for a more indulgent version.

Enjoy your hearty, flavor-packed skillet—simple, satisfying, and absolutely delicious
