Golden Lentil Patties — Ready in 25 mins

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup cooked lentils

1 small onion, finely chopped

Fresh parsley, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup oats or breadcrumbs

Salt, pepper, cumin to taste

Olive oil for pan-frying

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Mash lentils until soft but textured.

2. Mix in onion, garlic, parsley, oats & spices.

3. Shape into small patties.

4. Pan-fry until golden & crisp.

5. Serve with tomato dip or tahini sauce.
