Ultimate Parmesan Garlic Bacon Lasagna

A rich, comforting lasagna layered with savory ground beef, crispy bacon, aromatic garlic, and a deep marinara sauce—finished with melted cheese and a golden baked top. Every bite is smoky, cheesy, and full of bold flavor.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 jar (about 24 oz / 700g) marinara sauce

9–12 lasagna noodles (cooked or oven-ready)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

 

 

 

Instructions:

Prepare the meat sauce

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.

Add bacon & sauce

Stir in the crumbled bacon and marinara sauce. Let it simmer for 8–10 minutes so the flavors blend together.

Cook noodles (if needed)

Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Assemble the lasagna

In a baking dish, layer in this order:

Meat sauce

Lasagna noodles

Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.

Bake

Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

 

 

 

Rest & serve

Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
