Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup (100g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

1/2 cup (75g) cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin tin or line with silicone cups.

Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until smooth and slightly frothy.
