Marry Me Pork Tenderloin (Creamy, Irresistible & Full of Flavor)
This “Marry Me” Pork Tenderloin is tender, juicy, and coated in a rich, creamy sauce that’s packed with garlic, herbs, and sun-dried tomatoes. It’s the kind of dish that feels special enough for a celebration but easy enough for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb / 450 g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the pork:
Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season them evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear the meat:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Add creaminess:
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Cook the pork:
Return the pork tenderloins to the skillet, spoon some sauce over them, and cover. Let cook on low heat for 12–15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Rest and serve:
Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the creamy sauce spooned over the top.
Serving Suggestions: Serve this dish with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta to soak up the delicious sauce. Steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad make the perfect side.
Tip:
For extra flavor, you can finish the dish in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes after searing.
Enjoy a dish so good… it might just earn you a proposal
