Ingredients
2 (14 oz) packages beef lil’ smokies sausages
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed and cut in half
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place the halved baby potatoes into the bottom of the crockpot. Add the green beans and lil’ smokies on top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, black pepper, and melted butter until smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly over the sausages and vegetables. Stir gently to coat everything well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are fully blended.
Stir before serving and spoon the glaze over the top for extra flavor.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
