Ingredients
2 lbs smoked sausages or bratwurst
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
Prepare the Sausages
Slice the sausages into large bite-sized pieces, or leave them whole if preferred. Arrange them in the baking dish with the sliced onions.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
