INGREDIENTS
Tart Base
1 pre-baked tart shell (20–22 cm / 8–9 inch)
200 g cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Avocado Roses
2–3 ripe but firm avocados
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Finish
Flaky sea salt
Extra fresh dill
Creamy, silky avocado layered over a tangy herb base with a crisp buttery crust.
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cream cheese with dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly into the tart shell.
Slice avocados very thinly.
Toss gently with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Arrange slices in a long overlapping strip.
Carefully roll into rose shapes.
Place roses onto the cream cheese base.
Lightly brush avocado with olive oil for shine.
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
Garnish with fresh dill and chill 15 minutes before serving.
