2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups cold milk

For the Topping

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy.

Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, until thickened.

Top with the remaining whipped topping, spreading it gently to cover the pudding layer completely.

Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
