Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth and fluffy.
Stir in the cheese, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the muffins are puffed up and the centers are fully set.
Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes before gently removing them from the pan.
Serve warm, or allow them to cool completely before storing.
