Ingredients
2–2½ lbs red or yellow potatoes, halved or quartered
1 cup bottled Italian salad dressing (regular or zesty)
2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for extra richness)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt (optional, depending on dressing saltiness)
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (optional, for stronger herb flavor)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare the potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes well.
Cut into halves or quarters so they cook evenly.
No need to peel unless preferred.
2. Season and combine
Place potatoes in the slow cooker.
Pour the Italian dressing over the potatoes.
Add olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
