Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

 

 

 

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and black pepper.

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast, covering the tops completely.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if using.

Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is lightly golden.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
