Whoever came up with this Orange Fluff made with Greek yogurt deserves a standing ovation! I never thought I’d enjoy Greek yogurt, but this recipe completely changed my mind.
It’s incredibly light, creamy, sweet, and bursting with fresh orange flavor. The fluffy texture makes it taste like a cross between a mousse and a cheesecake filling. It’s the perfect no-bake dessert or refreshing snack—and be warned, it disappears fast!
Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 package (3 oz / 85 g) orange gelatin mix
1 cup whipped topping (or freshly whipped cream)
1 can (11 oz / 310 g) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 tsp orange zest (optional, for extra citrus flavor)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and orange gelatin powder until smooth and fully combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Add the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and orange zest. Stir gently to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to blend and the fluff to set.
Serve chilled, garnished with extra mandarin orange segments, a sprinkle of orange zest, or fresh mint if desired.
Tips
For a lighter version, use light Greek yogurt and light whipped topping.
Add shredded coconut or chopped pecans for extra texture.
Make it a day ahead—the flavor gets even better overnight!
Creamy, fruity, fluffy, and irresistibly delicious—this Orange Fluff is the kind of dessert everyone asks for after the first bite!
