Creamy Strawberry Charlotte (no oven required)
Ingredients:
2 packages of Maria cookies
2 cups of washed and chopped strawberries
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of heavy cream (whipping cream)
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
(Optional) 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin, hydrated for added firmness
Preparation:
1. Prepare the cream:
Blend:
Condensed milk
Cream
Evaporated milk
With vanilla
Half of the strawberries
Until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
Optional: add the dissolved gelatin if you want it to be firmer.
2. Assemble the charlotte:
In a mold or baking dish
Place a layer of cookies
Add a layer of cream
Sprinkle
Repeat the layers until you finish
3. Garnish:
Add chopped strawberries on top for an attractive finish
4. Refrigerate:
Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4–6 hours; ideally overnight.
