Ingredients
For the Cheese Bites:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
For the Creamy Dip:
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried herbs or ranch seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, flour, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the eggs and mix until a thick dough forms.
Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
Coat each ball in breadcrumbs for an extra crispy finish.
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the bites in batches for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings to make the dip.
