Delicious, Easy & Quick Cremora Cake

About This Recipe

This Cremora cake is a no-bake dessert that is perfect when you want something sweet, creamy, and refreshing without using an oven. It’s very beginner-friendly and uses simple ingredients. The lemon juice gives a fresh taste and helps the mixture thicken naturally.

Ingredients

500 g Cremora powder

2 cans condensed milk

250 ml fresh lemon juice

250 ml ice cold water

1 pack Tennis biscuits (or any tea biscuits)

Equipment

Large mixing bowl

Whisk or electric mixer

Spatula or spoon

Medium glass dish or tray

Step-by-Step Directions

Step 1 — Make the Cream Filling

Add Cremora powder into a large bowl.

Pour in condensed milk.

Add fresh lemon juice.

Add ice cold water.

Mix using whisk or mixer for 2–4 minutes until smooth, creamy, and slightly thick.

The mixture will thicken because lemon reacts with milk.

Step 2 — Prepare the Biscuits

Keep biscuits whole or cut if needed.

Optional: Dip biscuits quickly in milk (1 second only) for softer texture.

Step 3 — Assemble the Cake

Place first layer of biscuits in the dish.

Spread cream mixture over biscuits.

Add another biscuit layer.

Repeat layers until cream is finished.

Make sure last layer is cream.

Step 4 — Chill

Refrigerate minimum 4–6 hours.

Best result: Chill overnight.
