Dreamy No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Delight
This creamy No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake is the perfect easy dessert for any occasion. With a buttery graham cracker crust, a rich and velvety cheesecake filling, and a sweet cherry topping, every bite is smooth, refreshing, and irresistible — no oven needed!
Ingredients
For the Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup salted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling
1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Topping
1 can cherry pie filling
Fresh cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Crust
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
Assemble the Cheesecake
Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Add the Cherry Topping
Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the cheesecake layer.
Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. Garnish with fresh cherries before serving if desired.
