Ingredients
1½ cups (135 g) rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
1½ cups (360 g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
A pinch of salt

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
Add the oats to a blender and blend until they resemble flour.
Add bananas, cottage cheese, egg, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Add your favorite toppings if desired.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
