Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

12 oz spaghetti

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Optional garnish:

Chopped parsley

Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Spaghetti

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions (usually 8–10 minutes).

Drain the pasta and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Steak

Season the cubed steak with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

Add the steak cubes in a single layer.

Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.

Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Pour in the beef broth and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the pan for extra flavor.

Add the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

5️⃣ Combine Everything

Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until coated.

Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently mix everything together.

Cook for 1–2 minutes to warm everything through.

Serve

Transfer to plates or bowls.

Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.

Serve hot.

Tips

For extra flavor, add mushrooms or spinach to the sauce.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.

If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of pasta water or broth.
