Ingredients
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6 to 8 pounds)
1 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon or yellow mustard
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place the ham, cut side down, in a large roasting pan or baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and mustard until smooth.
Brush half of the glaze evenly over the surface of the ham.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1½ to 2 hours, or until heated through, about 15 minutes per pound.
Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking. Brush with the remaining glaze.
Continue baking uncovered until the ham is glossy, caramelized, and lightly browned.
Let the ham rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
