Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

 

 

Ingredients

21¼ oz (about 600 g) white chocolate, chopped or chips

¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon salt

Pink food coloring (gel works best)

½ cup mini marshmallows (for the “cloud” effect)

Optional toppings:

Sprinkles

Cotton-candy–style sprinkles

White chocolate drizzle

 

 

 

Instructions (Step by Step)

Step 1: Prepare the Pan

Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides. Lightly grease if needed.

Step 2: Melt the Base

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine:

White chocolate

Sweetened condensed milk

Butter

Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.

Keep heat low—white chocolate burns easily.
