Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake
A light, moist, and refreshing dessert that brings tropical flavor to every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple (for the topping)
- Maraschino cherries and shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the angel food cake mix with the crushed pineapple and its juice. Stir until fully blended and foamy.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cake is set and lightly golden. Allow it to cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix the whipped topping, dry vanilla pudding mix, and the second can of crushed pineapple until smooth.
- Spread the creamy pineapple topping evenly over the cooled cake.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries and shredded coconut if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
