Lemon Cheesecake Truffles

Ingredients:

 

– 200g cream cheese

– 100g crushed biscuits (digestive or graham)

– Zest of 1 lemon

– 2 tbsp lemon juice

– 2 tbsp powdered sugar

– White chocolate for coating

– Optional: mint leaves  & lemon slices for garnish

 

 

 

Quick Steps:

 

1️⃣ Mix cream cheese, lemon zest, juice & sugar until smooth.

2️⃣ Fold in crushed biscuits. Chill for 10 mins.

3️⃣ Roll into balls & dip in melted white chocolate.

4️⃣ Chill again until set. Garnish & serve!
