Loaded Beef & Bean Burrito Supreme

Get ready for the ultimate comfort food! These hearty Beef & Bean Burritos are packed with seasoned ground beef, creamy beans, melted cheese, and fresh toppings all wrapped in warm flour tortillas. Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup refried beans

1 cup cooked rice

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

1 tomato, diced

1 cup shredded lettuce

Jalapeño slices (optional)

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess grease if needed.

Season the beef with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let simmer for 2 minutes.

Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan or microwave.

Heat the tortillas for a few seconds in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.

Assemble the burritos by spreading refried beans in the center of each tortilla. Add cooked rice, seasoned beef, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce.

 

 

 

Fold in the sides and roll tightly into burritos.

For extra flavor, place the burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden and crispy.

Serve warm with extra salsa, sour cream, or guacamole on the side.
