4 tablespoons salted butter, softened

2 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Position the oven rack in the lower middle of the oven.

Prepare the turkey

Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Place it skin-side up in a roasting pan or baking dish.
