1. Garlic Butter Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken wings

80 g butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions: Place the chicken wings in a large zip-top bag. Pour in the melted butter, add the minced garlic and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Seal the bag and toss well until the wings are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 1–2 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.

 

 

 

 

2. Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken wings

120 ml BBQ sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp chili powder

Salt, to taste

Instructions: Add the wings to a zip-top bag. Pour in the BBQ sauce and olive oil, then sprinkle in the spices and salt. Seal and shake well until fully coated. Marinate for 1–2 hours to let the flavors soak in.

1 kg chicken wings

2 tbsp hot sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste
