Ingredients

1 ripe banana

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1–2 tablespoons peanut butter

½ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra protein)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

½ cup ice cubes

 

 

 

Instructions
