Christmas Peanut Butter Truffles

No-Bake | 4 Simple Ingredients | Perfect Holiday Treats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 16 oz white melting chocolate (or white chocolate chips)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture:
    • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and softened butter.
    • Mix until smooth and fully incorporated. The mixture should be firm enough to roll into balls.
  2. Form the Truffles:
    • Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
    • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  3. Coat with Chocolate:
  4.
    • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
    • Using a fork or toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
    • Place coated truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Decorate (Optional):
    • Before the chocolate sets, you can sprinkle holiday-themed sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or drizzle with dark/milk chocolate for a festive touch.
  6. Set and Serve:
    • Let the truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Tips:

  • For a creamier center, use all creamy peanut butter.
  • You can swap white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate if preferred.
  • These truffles make great gifts — package them in decorative boxes or tins!
