Ingredients

400 g steak slices (ribeye or sirloin)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

2 cups cooked rice

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup cucumber, sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

2 green onions, chopped

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

In a bowl, season the steak slices with soy sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.

Reduce heat slightly and add butter and minced garlic. Stir well until the garlic becomes fragrant and coats the steak in a rich buttery sauce.

Divide the cooked rice between serving bowls.

Arrange the steak, avocado, cucumber, and shredded carrots over the rice.

Spoon extra garlic butter sauce over the bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serving Suggestions

Add a fried egg on top for extra richness.

Drizzle with spicy mayo or sriracha for a kick.

Swap rice for noodles or cauliflower rice for a lighter option.

Tender, buttery, and loaded with flavor — these Garlic Butter Steak Bowls are comfort food made easy!
