Slow cooker cheesy beef bowtie pasta recipe. It’s creamy, cheesy, and very easy to make.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 box bowtie pasta (like Great Value Bowtie Pasta)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (such as Great Value)
1 can (10 oz) Ro‑Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
8 oz block Philadelphia cream cheese
16 oz block Velveeta cheese, cubed
Optional: ½ cup nacho cheese sauce (if you want it extra cheesy)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Drain any excess grease.
Add to slow cooker
Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker.
Add the cubed Velveeta, cream cheese, Ro-Tel, and cream of chicken soup.
If using nacho cheese sauce, add it now.
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheeses are completely melted and the mixture is creamy.
Cook the pasta
While the cheese mixture finishes cooking, boil the bowtie pasta according to package directions.
Drain well.
Combine
Stir the cooked pasta into the slow cooker cheese and beef mixture.
Mix until all the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
Serve
Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
Serve warm.

½ tsp onion powder
Shredded cheddar on top
Jalapeños for extra heat
