2 packages smoked sausage or hot dogs, sliced
4 cans baked beans
1 small onion, finely chopped
¾ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Slice the sausage into bite-sized rounds and add them to the slow cooker.
Pour in the baked beans, then add the onion, barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until hot, rich, and flavorful.
