Snowflake Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread ❄️✨

Ingredients

For the Dough

500 g all-purpose flour

1 packet (7 g) instant yeast

250 ml warm milk

50 g granulated sugar

60 g unsalted butter, softened

1 egg

½ tsp salt

For the Filling

100 g softened butter

120 g brown sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze

100 g powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

Description

Golden, swirled, and shaped like a snowflake, this festive bread is made for sharing. Each pull-apart layer reveals a cozy cinnamon filling, finished with a shiny drizzle of glaze that seeps into every warm fold.

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

2. Add warm milk, butter, and egg. Knead into a smooth, soft dough.

3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

4. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Roll each into a 30 cm circle.

5. Place the first circle on parchment paper and spread with half the filling.

6. Add the second circle, spread with remaining filling, then top with the third circle.

7. Place a glass in the center. Cut the dough into 16 strips around it.

8. Take two strips at a time, twist them outward twice, and pinch the ends to form points.

9. Let rest for 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 180°C (350°F).

10. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.

11. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the bread while still warm.
