1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon chili paste or sriracha

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned and tender. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the sauce mixture and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet, then add the cooked noodles. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the spicy garlic sauce.

Sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds, and extra chili flakes if desired.
