1½ lbs (680 g) sirloin steak or stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

1½ lbs (680 g) baby potatoes, halved or sliced

1 large onion, thinly sliced

3 tbsp butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

½ tsp onion powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

 

 

 

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes and sliced onions.

Add the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss until evenly coated.

Add the steak pieces and gently mix everything together.

Divide the mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Fold and seal each packet tightly to keep the juices inside.
