Martha White Butter-Swim Blueberry Sweet Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk
  • ½ cup melted butter

 

 

For the Icing (optional):

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk

 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the blueberry muffin mix and buttermilk until the batter is smooth.
  3. Pour the melted butter into a 9×9-inch baking dish. Then pour the batter on top of the butter. Use a spatula to smooth the surface, and gently score the batter into 9 squares.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. If you’d like, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make a simple icing. Drizzle it over the warm biscuits and enjoy!
