No-Bake Birthday Cake

🛒 Ingredients

1 box (14.3 oz / ~405 g) vanilla sandwich cookies

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar

Optional (for extra “birthday cake” flavor )

1 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)

1/4 cup milk (for dipping cookies)

Rainbow sprinkles

 

 

 

Instructions

1. Make the Cream Filling

In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth

Add sugar and mix until creamy

(Optional) Add vanilla extract

Fold in whipped topping if using → makes it lighter and fluffier

2. Prepare the Cookies

You can use cookies whole OR crush some for layers

Optional: lightly dip cookies in milk (just 1 second so they don’t get soggy)

3. Assemble the Cake

In a small pan or dish:

Layer cookies on the bottom

Spread a layer of cream mixture

Repeat layers (cookies → cream → cookies → cream)

Finish with a cream layer on top

4. Decorate

Add sprinkles for a birthday look

You can crush extra cookies on top too

5. Chill (Very Important!)

Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best)

This softens the cookies into a cake-like texture

Slice like a cake

Serve cold

Tips

Want it richer? Add melted white chocolate to the cream mixture

Want layers cleaner? Use a loaf pan lined with parchment

Add fruit (like strawberries or bananas) between layers for a twist
