Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz / 170g each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Dijon Sauce:

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons heavy cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

 

 

 

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush them with olive oil, then season evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Preheat the Grill:

Heat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Grill the Salmon:

Place the salmon skin-side down and grill for about 4–5 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Make the Dijon Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, cream, lemon juice, and honey until smooth and creamy.

Serve:

Transfer the grilled salmon to a plate and drizzle generously with the Dijon sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or dill if desired.
