Crispy Herb Keto Cheese Crackers – The Ultimate Low-Carb Snack You’ll Crave

If you’re looking for a crunchy, savory snack that’s both satisfying and low in carbs, these herb-infused keto cheese crackers are a must-try. Packed with bold cheddar flavor and fragrant herbs like rosemary and thyme, they bake up crisp, golden, and completely irresistible. Perfect for keto lifestyles or anyone wanting a gluten-free treat, these homemade crackers are simple, delicious, and far better than store-bought.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup almond flour

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 egg

Instructions

Preheat the oven

Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, almond flour, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and salt. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.

Roll it out

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly—about 2–3 mm thick—for extra crispy crackers.

Cut into shapes

Remove the top parchment layer and cut the dough into small squares or desired shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.

Bake

Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crisp.

Cool and crisp up

Let them cool completely on the tray—they will firm up and become crunchier as they cool.

Serving Suggestions

These crispy keto cheese crackers are perfect on their own or paired with dips like guacamole, hummus, or creamy spinach dip. For a more complete snack, serve them with a charcuterie board featuring cured meats, olives, and pickles. They also add a delicious crunch when served alongside a fresh green salad.

Savory, crunchy, and packed with flavor—these keto-friendly crackers are proof that simple ingredients can create something truly addictive.
