Ingredients:

1.5–2 kg (3–4 lb) pork roast (shoulder or loin)

½ cup honey

½ cup Dijon or yellow mustard

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Place the pork roast in the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix the honey, mustard, and salt until well combined.

Pour the mixture evenly over the pork, coating it well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the pork is tender and easily slices or shreds.

Once done, slice or shred the pork directly in the slow cooker and spoon the thick, golden sauce over the top.
