Giftable Classic Chocolate Almond Clusters

Giftable Classic Chocolate Almond Clusters (Just 3 Ingredients)
There are certain old-fashioned kitchen shortcuts that never really fade—they just quietly get passed from one generation to the next. These chocolate almond clusters are exactly that kind of treat. Simple, reliable, and effortlessly giftable, they’re the sort of candy you can make on a calm afternoon when the weather turns cool and you’re craving something sweet without turning the kitchen into a full project.
Ingredients (Only 3)
2 cups roasted almonds
200–250 g chocolate (dark, milk, or a mix)
1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
Prepare your tray
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the clusters won’t stick later.
Melt the chocolate
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it gently using a microwave (in short bursts) or a double boiler. If you like a smoother, shinier finish, stir in a small spoon of coconut oil or butter.
Mix in the almonds
Add the roasted almonds into the melted chocolate and stir until every nut is fully coated.
Form the clusters
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. You can make them rustic and uneven—that’s part of the charm.
Let them set
Allow the clusters to cool at room temperature or place them in the fridge for faster setting until firm.
Serve or gift
Once set, peel them off the parchment and store in an airtight container. They’re perfect for holiday tins, small gifts, or quiet late-night snacks.
Simple, rich, and nostalgic—these clusters taste like something far more complicated than they really are, which is exactly why they disappear so quickly.
