1 pound ground beef

1 (14.75-ounce) can creamed corn

1 (20-ounce) package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, creamed corn, thawed hash browns, and 1½ cups of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
