Air Fryer Cajun Butter Steak Bites with Garlic Mushrooms

Air Fryer Cajun Butter Steak Bites with Garlic Mushrooms – Juicy, Tender & Packed with Flavor
I’ve been making these Cajun butter steak bites with mushrooms for years, and I’m still amazed at how incredibly tasty, tender, and juicy they turn out—especially when cooked in the air fryer. It’s a quick, no-fuss recipe that delivers bold flavor every single time.
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2–3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons melted butter
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz (225g) mushrooms, cleaned and halved
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway for even browning.
In a separate bowl, mix mushrooms with melted butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
Add the mushrooms to the air fryer and cook for another 5–7 minutes until tender and golden.
Combine the steak bites and mushrooms, toss lightly in any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Result: Buttery, spicy, and deeply savory steak bites with perfectly roasted mushrooms—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of bold Cajun flavor in every bite.
