Keto avocado bread is a healthy, low-carb alternative to traditional bread, perfect for anyone following a ketogenic or gluten-free lifestyle. Made with almond flour, eggs, and ripe avocado, this bread is naturally rich, soft, and satisfying. Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

4 large eggs

1 ½ cups almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mash the avocados until smooth and creamy.

Add eggs and mix well until fully combined.

Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and olive oil. Mix until you get a thick batter.

Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden and firm on top.

Let it cool before slicing for the best texture.
