Maple Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadillas
Crispy Golden Tortillas Filled with Juicy Beef, Smoky Bacon & Gooey Melted Cheese
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking
Optional: pickles, diced onions, or burger sauce for serving
Instructions
Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the Maple Bacon
Stir the chopped crispy bacon into the beef mixture. Drizzle in the maple syrup and cook for 1–2 minutes until everything is coated and slightly caramelized.
Assemble the Quesadillas
Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle cheese over one half. Add a generous layer of the beef and bacon mixture, then top with more cheese. Fold the tortilla in half.
Cook Until Crispy
Heat butter or oil in a clean skillet over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
Serve & Enjoy
Slice into wedges and serve hot with burger sauce, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Delicious Tip
Add sliced pickles or jalapeños inside the quesadilla for an extra cheeseburger-style flavor and a little kick!
