Avocado Float (Creamy Avocado Drink/Dessert)

Avocado Float (Creamy Avocado Drink/Dessert)
Avocado Float is a creamy, sweet drink-dessert made with ripe avocado, milk, and usually a scoop of ice cream on top. It’s very popular in places like the Philippines and Southeast Asia. It’s refreshing, thick, and tastes a bit like an avocado milkshake but richer.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 cup cold milk (whole milk or evaporated milk works great)
2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
1 cup crushed ice
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Optional toppings:
Chocolate syrup
Sugar
Tapioca pearls
Whipped cream
Instructions
Prepare the avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Slice or mash
Slice the avocado into cubes or lightly mash it depending on the texture you want.
Add to a glass
Place the avocado pieces into a tall glass.
Add ice and milk
Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the cold milk over the avocado.
Sweeten it
Add sweetened condensed milk and stir gently.
Add the float
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Optional toppings
Drizzle chocolate syrup or add whipped cream.
Tip:
If you want a smoother drink, blend the avocado, milk, condensed milk, and ice first, then pour into a glass and add the ice cream on top.
