1 lb (450g) beef sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or chili flakes for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the beef sausage, cheddar cheese, baking mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Mix everything together until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.
Roll into small bite-sized balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
