Blackberry Mule moonshine
Ingredients:
● 2 oz blackberry moonshine (such as Firefly Blackberry Moonshine)
● 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
● 5 oz ginger beer
● Fresh blackberries
● Ice
Instructions:
1️⃣ Add a small handful of fresh blackberries to a cocktail shaker and use a muddler to smash the berries until well broken down and juicy
2️⃣ Pour in the blackberry moonshine and freshly squeezed lime juice, then fill the shaker with ice
3️⃣ Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels very cold and the mixture is well chilled
4️⃣ Fill a copper mug or rocks glass with fresh ice
5️⃣ Strain the blackberry moonshine mixture over the ice in the mug or glass
6️⃣ Top with ginger beer and gently stir once to combine without losing the fizz
7️⃣ Garnish with a fresh blackberry and serve immediately
